About Indelible Ink
Indelible Ink looks at the best of modern Scottish writing. It started life over at Dear Scotland, where it continues to appear every first Monday of the month, but for sometime now I’ve thought it would be nice to collect them all in one handy place. The first column which I wrote was An Introduction and it sets out what I intended Indelible Ink to reflect. You can decide for yourself whether it succeeds or not; I just I hope you enjoy and find something of interest.
My name is Alistair Braidwood, and you can find more of my reviews and other writing at Scots Whay Hae! where, as well as books, I also look at Scottish film, music and other hoopla, as well as hosting the Scots Whay Hae! podcasts.
Thanks to Ian Gregson for building this rather lovely looking website. We decided to keep it clean, simpleĀ and easy to read.
A special thanks to Pete Reid, The Dear of Dear Scotland, for asking me to write something on books for him over three years ago.
Alistair
